  • Envisioning the Future. How to think and plan with a “future back” approach to envision your workforce of the future and how remote work will play into that future.
  • Determining to How the Vision Will Play Out. How to figure out what needs to be learned or key assumptions to test today and how best to experiment to begin realizing the vision.
